Introducing the Infron Trust Center

Trust in multi-provider AI depends on the route, not only the model.

Today, we are introducing the Infron Trust Center, a public resource for understanding how customer data is handled across Infron's multi-provider AI infrastructure.

The Trust Center brings route-level data policies, security controls, and assurance documents together in one place. Developers can compare policies before sending traffic. Security and procurement teams can use the same resource as a starting point for technical and vendor review.

Why route-level transparency matters

The same AI model can be available through multiple providers. Those routes may differ in price, capacity, location, and performance. They may also follow different policies for retaining prompts and responses or using customer content for model training.

As a result, a model name alone does not fully describe how data is handled. Teams need to understand the policy attached to the specific Model × Provider route that will process a request.

The Infron Trust Center makes that relationship visible.

01. Provider policies by route

The Provider Policies section lets you review data retention and model training policies for every available Model × Provider route.

You can filter by provider, search for a model, and compare the policies that apply to its available routes. This helps teams identify routes that fit their data requirements without gathering terms from multiple provider websites.

Infron's platform is designed not to retain prompt or response content by default. Limited operational metadata may be retained for billing, reliability, abuse prevention, and support. Upstream provider retention and training policies can still vary by route, which is why they are shown separately in the Trust Center.

02. Security controls and compliance progress

The Security Controls section publishes the infrastructure and product controls supporting Infron's security program.

These controls cover areas including account authentication, production access, encrypted remote access, network security, monitoring, and control self-assessments. Publishing them gives customers a clearer view of the practices behind the platform, not only a summary claim.

Our current data posture includes:

  • Platform Zero Data Retention as the default posture

  • No model training on customer content

  • Documented infrastructure and product security controls

  • A SOC 2 Type II audit currently underway

SOC 2 is in progress. We will update the Trust Center as our compliance program and assurance materials continue to develop.

03. Trust resources in one place

The Trust Resources section centralizes the documents teams commonly need during development, security review, and procurement.

Publicly available resources include:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Terms of Service

  • Zero Data Retention documentation

Qualified customers can also request Infron's Data Processing Addendum for a more detailed review of contractual data protection commitments.

What this means for developers

Developers should not need to interpret a chain of provider policies before making a model call.

The Trust Center provides a faster path from model selection to a policy-aware routing decision. Before sending production traffic, teams can check which provider routes are available, compare their policies, and select an option that matches the workload's requirements.

This is especially useful when an application handles proprietary code, customer conversations, internal documents, or other information that should not be retained or used for training.

What this means for enterprise teams

Security and procurement reviews often slow down when product, legal, and infrastructure information is scattered across different documents or requires repeated email exchanges.

The Trust Center creates a shared starting point for engineering, security, legal, procurement, and finance teams. It helps them answer the first set of questions required for an evaluation:

  • Where can a request be routed?

  • Which retention and training policies apply to that route?

  • What does the Infron platform retain?

  • Which security controls are already in place?

  • Which public and contractual documents are available?

For workloads that require additional review, customers can contact our security team or request the Data Processing Addendum directly from the Trust Center.

Trust is part of the routing decision

Multi-provider infrastructure should provide more than model access and failover. It should make the implications of each route understandable before traffic is sent.

The Infron Trust Center is a step toward making data policy a visible part of AI infrastructure. We will continue expanding it as provider policies, platform controls, and our compliance program evolve.
